The Role of a Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant

I recently completed a SAFe Practice Consultant course with Scaled Agile, which I found to be very enlightening, and it provided me with a profound understanding of the intricate facets of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). Through intensive training modules and hands-on exercises, I gained a comprehensive grasp of Lean-Agile principles, advanced coaching techniques, and the nuances of effectively implementing SAFe across diverse organisational landscapes. The course not only delved into theoretical frameworks but also emphasised the practical application of SAFe in real-world scenarios, allowing me to bridge the gap between theory and implementation seamlessly.
One of the pivotal insights I gained revolves around the strategic role that a SAFe Practice Consultant plays in aligning organisational goals with SAFe principles.
